2128

He's back...

It's a very special day, at least for me. It has been raining heavily these few days, the sky is indeed congruent to what I have been feeling inside these few days. It's been a long time since I have last blogged, and too bad my new admission has nothing to do with the world outside. It's everything about me and what I am feeling at this moment. As usual, if you have been following me, you would know that I channel my feelings into words of poem. This poem is actually a continuation from my previous poem entitled "2082" which I posted on this blog early last month. If you have not seen it, you can assess the poem at this link: 2082

2128
by Kai Seng

Seconds ticked on to two-one-two-eight
Adrenaline surged at an alarming rate
Enter the Monster with limping gait
Now and then told to stay silent and wait
Grim were the evening sky of this late

It feels exactly like a deja-vu
Lighting the path only when the moon is blue

Cheerful wishes of joy and laughter
Hidden were the tears thereafter
Unportrayed by the unpaid, lousy actor

Keen was my heart for thee
And where am I supposed to find the key?

How do I realize a dream that deems impossible?
Aimlessly searching for clues that are barely audible!
Miracles seem to be the only solution for this obstacle...

No! Why am I behaving like this?!
Ink's running out and this is as far as it gets...

Damn it, it's the same old deer
And the very same Carols in my ear...
